The Border Town
The musical premiered in 2001, adapted from the renowned literary work of Shen Cong-wen, a Nobel Prize laureate in Literature, with music composed by Chung Chi-wing. It had a remarkable run of 32 shows in Hong Kong, surpassing the show record of Actors’ Family. In 2005, Actors’ Family collaborated with the Hong Kong Dance Company to incorporate fresh elements into the stage production. The musical returned for its third run in 2007.

The Passage Beyond
